Welcome to the pyLirc2 project

pyLirc2 is the newest version of pyLirc, which, until recently, was maintained by Linus McCabe, but is now maintained by Paul Hummer. The project has been converted to a Mercurial repository, which can be found at http://hg.ironlionsoftware.com/pylirc2. While it's development is still in a young stage (mostly porting to newer versions of python and lirc), patches and volunteers are welcome!

04 Mar 2008 - pylirc2 has now compiled successfully against Python 2.5, although the tests are not passing properly. The Mercurial repository has been updated with minor changes, although nothing of very large consequence.
